Hey Adam,
We have been using the Pino Kettle daily, mainly for cupping coffees, but also for our manual brewing methods. We love it! I am not familiar with the Capresso grinder, but have heard good things about the Kitchen Aid (very solid). If you are not doing espresso, I think that both should do the trick for you. You may also want to have a look at the Baratza grinders that we carry.

Very cool! So do you think the Pino Kettle is overkill if I am just using the Clever Coffee Dripper and maybe Aeropress?
Kettle looks great though. My bells and whistles drip died on me so looking into the pour over method. So I purchased the dripper and now need a scale, grinder and kettle! I have a gift certificate for Sur La Table and they have the Capresso Infinity 564 and also the Kitchen Aid Pro Line grinders. Any suggestions?

Thanks all!

I just wanted to thank you very much for this enlightening article. I have already bookmarked your site, when I have more free time I am going to have to do some further research. Well back to my dreaming of Panama or back to the books - I wonder which one is going to win out. :)

Hello Roberto,

Yes, Truly a great coffee. This year the entire Esmeralda crop was divided up and auctioned on one day. This lot is the Colga lot and we are selling it for $64/lb. It will be available on our online shop shortly, sold in 1lb bags only. We would be happy to send you a smaller quantity, but ask that you give us a call to arrange.

Thanks
Jim D.
